Martin’s journey to becoming a leading fitness coach began with a stellar career in competitive athletics. As an international track athlete, Martin’s dedication and talent propelled him to represent his country, earning recognition as a top-tier competitor.

His relentless pursuit of excellence didn’t stop there. Martin was invited to the elite testing program for the Olympic Bobsleigh team, a testament to his versatility and athletic prowess. Most recently, he claimed a silver medal at the 2019 England Indoor Rowing Championships, proving his ability to excel across multiple disciplines.
